Mini baked brie appetizers wrapped in crescent dough

Baked in a mini muffin pan, these bite-sized appetizers are perfect for a holiday party. If you don’t have a mini muffin tin, you can bake them on a sheet pan — just be sure to fully enclose the cheese in dough.

TIP: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Microwave for about 10 seconds before serving.

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray two mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
  2. Lightly flour work surface and roll out crescent dough, pinching seams together.
  3. Cut dough into 24 equal squares and press into mini muffin cups.
  4. Cut Brie into approximately ½-inch cubes and place one into each dough square.
  5. Top each with 1 teaspoon cranberry pear butter and a sprig of rosemary.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, until crescent dough is golden brown. Serve warm.
