Bite-Sized Baked Brie
Baked in a mini muffin pan, these bite-sized appetizers are perfect for a holiday party. If you don’t have a mini muffin tin, you can bake them on a sheet pan — just be sure to fully enclose the cheese in dough.
TIP: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Microwave for about 10 seconds before serving.Servings: 24 appetizers

Ingredients
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 8 oz tube crescent dough
- All-purpose flour, for dusting
- 8 oz wheel Brie cheese
- ½ cup Bauman’s Cranberry Pear Butter or Apricot Butter
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray two mini muffin pans with cooking spray.
- Lightly flour work surface and roll out crescent dough, pinching seams together.
- Cut dough into 24 equal squares and press into mini muffin cups.
- Cut Brie into approximately ½-inch cubes and place one into each dough square.
- Top each with 1 teaspoon cranberry pear butter and a sprig of rosemary.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, until crescent dough is golden brown. Serve warm.
