These blueberry butter popsicles are quick to make and incredibly refreshing on a hot summer day. Using fruit butter as the base gives them a deep blueberry flavor without needing added sugar.

You’ll need a popsicle mold for this recipe. Silicone molds work especially well because they make removing the frozen pops easy.

  1. Purée blueberry butter, coconut water, and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Add blueberries and pulse briefly, leaving some small chunks.
