Blueberry Butter Popsicles
These blueberry butter popsicles are quick to make and incredibly refreshing on a hot summer day. Using fruit butter as the base gives them a deep blueberry flavor without needing added sugar.
You’ll need a popsicle mold for this recipe. Silicone molds work especially well because they make removing the frozen pops easy.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Bauman’s Blueberry Butter
- ¾ cup coconut water
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (thawed if frozen)
Directions
- Purée blueberry butter, coconut water, and lime juice in a blender until smooth. Add blueberries and pulse briefly, leaving some small chunks.
- Pour mixture into silicone popsicle molds, insert sticks, and freeze until solid, at least 3 hours.
