Strawberry Raspberry Balsamic Grilled Chicken
This chicken makes an easy, lean, and flavorful main dish and works beautifully as a topping for our berry spring salad.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup Bauman’s Strawberry-Raspberry Butter
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine fruit butter, BBQ sauce, honey, and vinegar in a jar. Shake to combine. Adjust honey or vinegar to taste. Set aside.
- Score chicken breasts on both sides in a diamond pattern with shallow cuts about 1 inch apart. Rub with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill over medium-high heat for about 4 minutes on the first side. Flip and brush half of the sauce onto the cooked side. Continue grilling for 10–15 minutes total, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brush with remaining sauce and rest under foil for 5 minutes before serving.
